As Avail is rapidly growing, the company wanted to give something to the new employees as they are onboarding. We wanted to make something fun and helpful for them to navigate their next career journey with Avail.
Working with the CEO, HR, Art Director, and UX copy writer. We wanted to make an activity “passport” booklet that contains the company’s core values. The booklet should explain who Avail is and what new hires can expect moving forward. They can also use it to interact with their manager and write down any notes where they experience the core values.
My role was to work with the Art Director to design the layout, format, and all the artwork and photography within the booklet.
